Golf Trac was flagged tonight
Golf Trac was flagged tonight

Literally. The past couple of nights I’ve had some time to work on Golf Trac. I spent most of the time coding, but I did stop to visit a few spots that were begging for attention. One of these spots was the dull header image. I shrunk the green a bit and added a flag. It doesn’t have anything to do with “tracking” a golf game, but I believe it was a needed adjustment. I did consider something corny, like making the flag stick the “L” in GOLF, but it just didn’t look right. Maybe that’s because I can’t make a nice flag stick in Photoshop. At any rate, here’s what I came up with…

Ahhh… maybe I should attach a gun and make it official. For comparison…

I don’t really see it, but to each his own… lol.

Man-o-man, as much as we love cool graphics, we simply cannot wait to get our hands on a beta version of this baby!

Please keep up the hard work with the coding, and don’t loose site of the fact that this could be a one of a kind application that no one else has yet developed…

We will most certainly (we hope) be the first to sign up, and have just created a client site – http://mulligans-jb.com that is just itching to get some of your up-coming widgets embedded into it.

However, by that time, they may asked us to develop something for them, and as much as I would like to charge them more money for more work, we would much rather recommend free services to them…

The “L” being a flag stick would be corny, but a club would almost work. It’s likely just as corny, but at least the shape is the similar :-)

Ahhh.. good point, it is basically the same shape. I wonder if it would be too much having the flag and the club?
